4.23 New Meta entries for upcoming releases.

I'm overworked and underpaid and my brain isn't what it used to be. I've fixed an issue. We should be all good now.

Added a few new entry's coming at a later date, and telling you where to get the new Sirensettinglimitadjuster for 32 sirens.

This Update is for the REPLACE variants only, NOTHING ELSE has changed. I done goofed again, it should now be fixed if you use that version.

I am happy to announce after an absolute ton of work by Game and Chill... OIV installation for the DLC and Trucks are Coming. It will take some time to get everything updated to OIV Install on the trucks already released but all Upcoming packs will be OIV file installation from now on.

The meta files have been updated - Ensure you have the latest so that lights work, etc.
