Meta Changes.. The usual. EA Release

Just a quick update. Thanks to PNWParks telling us about RPF defragmentation, it has taken the DLC.rpf from over 800MB down to 120KB. You do NOT need to update to this version if you have previously updated. But hopefully down the line this will help with limiting RPF corruptions.

Numbers go backwards what? Version number just points to the Month/Year it was updated.
