Added Notations in the Global Vehicle Name file to signify which models are not yet released. Hopefully this will make it easier to know which vehicles will spawn as long as you have installed the matching truck files.

VERSION 2 IS THE SAME MEDIC4523 DLC INCLUDING THE 269 CUSTOM VEHICLES, BUT ADDS SUPPORT FOR REPLACING THE VANILLA FIRETRUK AND AMBULANCE WITH CUSTOM MEDIC4523 MODELS OF YOUR CHOOSING!! BOTH ELS OR NON ELS TRUCKS ARE SUPPORTED IN THOSE SLOTS. MINOR USER EDITS MAY BE REQUIRED TO THE SIRENSETTINGS DEPENDING ON MODEL USED. SEE README FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

This update includes the missing Meta entries for Ladder13A. As well as all new entries for the future 16 series trucks (E-One Quests). Metas were gone thru and verified truck by truck....Yes All 260 of them... Make sure you follow the readme for install and enjoy this update.
