This is a texture of Hall Ambulances unit 426 for Medic4523s Ford E-450 ambulance pack. This texture is meant for the "medic1" model but I suppose it could work on the others as well. You will need to add the transparent livery to the medic 1 slot as this is not a reflective texture as of now. Links to the model and texture pack to get the transparent livery are included below.
