No, It's a addon.

Yes but no. If you download the FIvem Ready version of the Medic4523 DLC pack, all of medics trucks will work in Fivem... Don't forget of course the need for a Fivem Compatible ELS for your server. IIRC ELS+ worked the best for medic trucks.

You need to connect your discord to your website account to unlock downloads, but you also keep making duplicate accounts which may be preventing you from connecting your discord acct. Ive merged the duplicates leaving this one acct. Check your email and website private messages for instructions on connecting discord.
