Bug Fixes:
Certain cars crashing issue should be fixed - pack relied on handling lines that were only included in the NCSHP pack.
K9 can now enter OCSO3000 and OCSO819, and will sit on top of the dog bed.

OCSO875 - added to pack
OCSOUMCHGR2 - rear flash patern changed
