I wrote this update back in April but due to a number of circumstances and game issues I was unable to release this update until now.
New uniforms for LSSD and LSPD, with matching wardrobe.ini outfits for player
The LSSD uniforms are meant to somewhat resemble real Broward County Sheriff uniforms as close as vanilla GTA assets within EUP will get me. No they are not perfect and no they do not have patches. No vanilla uniforms were replaced.
LSSD officers responding in special jurisdictions marked on their vehicles will have different uniforms from regular patrol deputies.

Coroner uniforms for the coroner FPIU.
NOOSE SWAT backup is replaced with SAHP SWAT (in theory, changing the backup name did not work as intended). Call NOOSE SWAT = Call SAHP SWAT
Livery spawning has been fixed and will now work as intended in specific jurisdictions!
LSSD jurisdictions will have a set chance varied per jurisdiction to spawn a local Deputy or a regional (default) deputy.
