how to spawn in medic4523 dlc vehicles

I recently correctly installed medic4523's vehicles in the dlc pack and added the els everything and I loaded in game and I dont know how to spawn them in

i installed the simple trainer & manyoo both in simple trainer it shows vehicle is installed when i click it says spwaned but it doesn't appear at all .
