Washington State Patrol Skin Pack - A skin pack encompassing several models

A WSP Skin pack a made quite a while ago before I really knew what I was doing.
Figured I'd upload it instead of just deleting it. Maybe someone will enjoy it.
Contains links to the models I made the skins for but the skins should work on many others.
Low pixel count and inaccurate coloring and font but close enough for a first skin pack.
