A modpack, semi-preinstalled. Which replaces almost every vehicle in the game besides the Airport rig, Hazmat rig, and the Icky, Icky, Nasty, Disgraceful Engine 4 (Kidding, love my euro frens). Based off of St. Charles IL. ; Chicago IL. ; And Des Plaines IL.
