ELS Problem with EMS and Firetruck

I have a problem with my EMS and Firetruck. If I call them code 3 via GP or Ultimate Backup they are just responding without lights and sirens. I use Medic4523's cars...

This is unfortunately an ELS issue with AI that has existed for a very long time and I don't believe it is fixable. I highly recommend using some of the non els models along with the replace version of the dlc and putting a non els engine in the fire truck, and ambulance slots inside the Medic DLC. its a massive game changer.
