For the ELS stuff, the headlight flashers on the 2016 FPIU (LAPD, all variants), it is super bright. Not sure what a fix is for this, but it makes it unusable. I've tried to fix it myself, nothing works. This is only when the ELS stage 3 is activated.

You have to the els file to completely remove or do it yourself ingame with the els menu
