There should be a download prompt in to top right corner, assuming you've set up your mod universe account properly.

I downloaded your skin and this is what it came up as for me how do I fix it?

Looks like a problem with your mods folder. There are tutorials on the ITF discord as well as the Fully Involved Studios youtube channel.

I figured out how to fix my mod folder
