Idk if the livery would do that, I've been running these trucks off and on for the last few years and haven't had any issues with changing liveries.
Then i don't know what i did wrong. I only have this one livery installed
I cant download it because im at work to check it out. but If it is a 4K skin, double check the compression and make sure it's dxt5 if it's a8r8g8 it can sometimes cause crashes.
how would i do that?
View the skin file in openiv as its installed now. You will see compression as one of the optionals. You may need to be in edit mode to see it. If its already dxt5 don’t change anything, but if its a8r8g8 switch it to dxt5 and save it. See if that fixes it.. there could be some other issue as well.

it's an odd thing but it's a common thing on medic's trucks but only if the skins are 4K.
