So I downloaded this as it shows a NON-ELS vehicle model. Upon download of the files, it is ELS. The quality of the truck in OpenIV is great but having a server that is all NON-ELS, this is very disappointing. I hope this will be fixed and the NON-ELS .meta files will be added soon

This is in fact a non-ELS model. The meta data/carcols are provided in either the FiveM resource or the DLC. A basic ELS file is provided on ALL models as a means to control the sirens for those that choose. I urge you to actually install and try the models before leaving a review.
