Here are Philadelphia Fire Department liveries for Medic4523's Spartan Gladiator pack. It seems like there are not too many Philadelphia Fire Department mods for GTA 5. So as a result, I decided to make these textures. These are based off the 2015 Spartan engines that they have. And yes, Philadelphia does have a fleet of Spartan apparatuses.

DISCLAIMER: I am very aware that PFD does not have rotorays in their trucks but I could not remove the rotoray since Medic4523 created these awesome vehicles.
