These Ultimate Backup config files will allow you to utilize all vehicles in Infidel's MU vehicle packs to their fullest potential by allowing backup AI to respond driving them, and with proper EUP uniforms.

Notable features in these configs:

• Special Unit type:
  • Local Offroad Units will respond to areas a normal patrol car can't normally reach.
  • "Get me a supervisor!" says the soverign citizen Karen about to ruin your shift. Now, you can actually call one with the Local Supervisor backup type!
    • LSSD is the only department with Supervisor-specific vehicle liveries.
    • LSPD supervisors respond in unmarked vehicles.
    • BCSO supervisors respond in ghosted vehicles.
  • Drug Task Force units can be called when you suspect someone has a large amount of narcotics.
    • They also have a chance to appear when you call a K9 unit.
    • LSSD supervisor K9 units ccan also spawn when calling K9 backup.
  • San Andreas Department of Natural Resources rangers can be called when you need assistance in a regional park or one of San Andreas's forests.
  • Local and SAHP HEAT units can be called individually when you need assistance keeping up with suspects in vehicles faster than your cruiser.
  • SAHP CVE units can be called when you encounter a large commercial vehicle.
  • Lifeflight helicopters can be called when you need medical assistance and an ambulance isn't able, or quick, enough to get to your location.
  • Custom patrol zones via CustomRegions.xml which allows secondary departments like Paleto Bay or LS Airport Police to respond, sometimes alongside another department like BCSO or LSSD.
  • All secondary departments and custom outfits like supervisors and DTF have uniforms in a wardrobe.ini file, see below for install instructions to use them yourself in game.
  • A small chance exists for LSSD to respond in LS City Proper.

Configs Install:

• BACK UP ORIGINAL FILES!
  I am not responsible if you did not back up your original files before installing.
• Drag n drop the three Ultimate Backup .xml files into
  GTA V Directory -> Plugins -> LSPDFR -> Ultimate Backup
• Replace when asked.

Wardrobe.ini instructions:

• Merge method:
  • Open my wardrobe.ini file, right click, select all, copy
  • Open your wardrobe.ini, scroll to bottom, hit Enter twice if needed, right click, paste
  • Make sure all the outfit entries are evenly spaced when pasting!
• Replace method:
  • Back up your original wardrobe.ini
    I am not responsible if you did not back up your files.
  • Copy my wardrobe.ini to GTA Directory -> Plugins -> EUP
  • Replace when asked.

Vehicles.meta info:
This pack contains modified vehicles.meta files for the Infidel packs. These .meta replacements are all optional EXCEPT FOR the 'lspdpack' .meta files which is REQUIRED for the LSPD backup to function properly. This is because POLICE5 is renamed to POLICE19 to avoid the spawn issues associated with the POLICE5 slot.

Install instructions:

• Vehicles.meta for all 5 packs
  • Navigate to
    Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > [pack name] > dlc.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5
  • Drag and drop my .meta into openIV to replace.
• Carvariations.meta for lspdpack REQUIRED
  • Navigate to
    Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > lspdpack > dlc.rpf > common > data
  • Drag and drop my .meta into openIV to replace.

Important!
Because of the vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta changes, this is REQUIRED:
In the 'lspdpack' file, you MUST rename all 'POLICE5' files to 'POLICE19'

• POLICE5.ytf to POLICE19.ytf
• POLICE5_hi.ytf to POLICE19_hi.ytf
• POLICE5.ytd to POLICE19.ytd
• POLICE5.xml to POLICE19.xml
  

Requirements:

• All 5 of Infidel's packs on Modification Universe
  • You need to purchase the $20 Infidel account upgrade to access. It is a lifetime upgrade so you have access to the vehicles as long as they remain on Modification Universe.
  • Use the LSPD STEADY BURN pack! I cannot confirm whether the NON STEADY BURN pack will work as I did not test nor make these configs for it.

• EUP 9.7 or newer, from the EUP Patreon, Officer tier or higher.

Existing lore friendly departments in EUP's menu were repurposed to fit other
departments around San Andreas. The list of which department is which is below.

Final Notes and Known issues:

• These configs were intended for use with EUP 9.7 or higher. Older versions of EUP (9.6, 9.3, 8.3, 7.5, etc.) will NOT work. Support for 8.3 will come at a later date TBD. See my server for more info.
• If a secondary department doesn't respond in that area when called the first time, that is because I set it up on a VehicleSet chance-based system within Ultimate Backup so you don't get a dozen and one of the same department or vehicles every time when called multiple times in that area.
