So in honor of celebrating my 3 years as a developer outside of MU i present to you my old ELS packs project lapd lasd and chp all 3 under one download. files contain over 3 dozen vehicles in seperate DLC packs along with els xmls and a readme. yes i know there are alot of inaccuracies in them. no you can't replace them as they contain custom carcols which help some lights flash and no these files will not be supported but i wanted to drop it in here to share with you all.

Disclaimer: since there are over 100s of parts installed between all 3 packs it was hard to list em all in credits but i credit the authors all the way for making the parts needed as well as vehicles used are credited. if i missed you [dev] please dm me ill see to it your added
