You can only install one of the included skins at the moment, however, I will likely mess with the vehicles.meta to have all of them available to spawn, follow this file if you're interested in that.

1) City skin
2) County skin (White variant)
2.1) County skin (Green variant)

What's Next?
- Civilian bicycle skins
The county folder includes 2 variants, 1 being green and 1 being white.
Video Installation Guide:
Full Installation:
1) Open 'OpenIV' and go to "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday26ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf"
2) Install the model files made by 'ParkRanger': https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/16169-police-bicycle
3) Open his folder, and drag 'scorcher.ytf' and 'scorcher_hi.ytf' to the path above. So do not drag the '.ytd' files.
3.1) You can now close his folder. (The name is 'Police Bicycle')
4) Now open the 'Texture Files' folder(From me) and drag those files where you put the previous files.
5) You now have done everything you needed to do, test if you did it correctly by opening the 'scorcher.ytf' file in OpenIV.
