- Navigate to the dlcpacks folder via OPEN IV
- Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Drag and drop rabbit_srt20 into the dlcpacks folder
- Then add the dlc pack line to your dlclist.xml
- Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
- Add line: <Item>dlcpacks:/rabbit_srt20/</Item>
Replace:

- Navigate to the latest patch day that you install vehicles to, I've
