Hey all, something a little different this time, I thought it'd by fun to try and recreate a real unit instead of my usual fictional stuff and so I did.

This an an NYPD Highway Patrol CVPI based on this, this probably isn't perfectly 1:1, I just wanted to get close.

Due to me wanting to recreate the unit, this has no extras and everything is as it is but I hope you all enjoy it either way...
