Fictional custom made San Andreas State Capitol Police liveries. Capitol Police officers patrol the capitol grounds and building, protect government members and the public, and investigate crimes, along with many other duties. These liveries are 4K and were designed to be simple and clean. (I do not believe there is a capitol building in GTA V, but this Rockford Hills Courthouse seems to be the closest to what would be a state capitol building in game.)
